SENTRE Stages for Growth with the Acquisition of New Director

SAN DIEGO - SENTRE Partners, a San Diego based commercial real estate investment and services firm, has recently announced a new member to their acquisitions and transactional services team. Chris Carter, formerly of Flocke & Avoyer, joins the ranks with a focus on sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions.

Born and raised in Australia, Chris holds a Bachelor Degree in both Business and in Politics from Monash University (Melbourne, AUSTRALIA), and has a Masters in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Chris is a licensed California real estate Broker, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Prior to joining SENTRE, Chris was a Senior Associate at Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. While at Flocke & Avoyer, he was the exclusive sales and leasing agent for retail centers throughout San Diego County owned by both institutional and private clients.
