Matt Peckham
Director, Leasing
Matt Peckham, Director of Leasing, is a member of the transactional team and assists in the execution of various real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and lease transactions.
Prior to joining SENTRE, Matt spent seven years with Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate as First Vice President where he specialized in representing landlords in the leasing and sale of retail properties throughout San Diego County. He has completed over 175 lease and sale transactions at almost $200 million in total consideration.
Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Finance & Economics) from Santa Clara University, and received his Masters in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California and is an active member of National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Matt and his wife, Abbey, live in Pacific Beach and, in 2020, added their first child to their family.
